101 Contemporary Artists and more.../ volume 12

Collect Art was dounded in late December 2019 as an initiative to support both Georgian and international artists during the uncertainty of the pandemic. As the project evolved, the accumulation of experience and ongoing creative activity naturally led to an expansion of its scope and purpose.

Art reflects our ability to interpret and reimagine the world around us. It exists in many forms—visual, performative, and everyday expressions—each shaped by the artist’s imagination and skill. Whether through beauty, emotion, conceptual depth, or simplicity, these works invite engagement and reflection.

The “101 Contemporary Artists and More…” series explores the landscape of contemporary art and its dialogue with literature, presenting artists and writers who actively contribute to the cultural narrative of our time. It seeks to inspire curiosity, challenge perspectives, and evoke genuine emotional responses.

At its core, Collect Art aims to connect Georgian and international artists and cultural events, fostering a platform for diverse voices. By encouraging new ways of seeing, it strives to make art more accessible and meaningful for a wider audience.
