Carly Jayne Roach was born in Bristol and spent her childhood watching animal behaviour on her grandparents farm in Old Sodbury. She had a lovely childhood on the land and spent lots of her time alone thinking and developing at a steady pace. She was bullied at school which effected her mental health. She lived in New Zealand and worked with horses which lead to her being head hunted by a yard as a full time head girl but Carly returned to the UK and set up a decorating business. Carly employed two people who worked really well learning the trade that she did. Unfortunately she had a traumatic experience which resulted in post traumatic stress after moving back to her home town. She decided to take some needed time away and took up home in Cirencester. Carly got a job gardening for a person who tried to help her paint art. Carly at this time was receiving therapy at a woman's abuse centre in Swindon. Carly's art was all very dark for the first year or two where she struggled to get herself together again.
It took a long time for Carly to get the help she needed but after spending much needed time working alongside a woman's abuse centre she finally started to get back into society again.
She is now a very proud and loving mother with her son influencing her new passion for writing. Carly has two books published "My Baby " which is a mother and child bonding book for early years and "Walking to the Shop" encouraging parents to walk to the shops with there children.
