Dolores Mephistopheles is a Croatian artist currently based in Berlin. She earned a master's degree in museology and heritage management together with educational informatics at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. She is exploring how it is to be a human being through painting and performance, finding inspiration in the full spectrum of life, especially the dark aspects that seek light to be transformed. Her paintings address aspects of identity, ego, and the concept of oneself as a human, while her performance, Humans of World Peace, is oriented on being a human as a pure life energy, free from individuality and stories we hold about ourselves.
