E Bee Bantug/ Identity

Totally self-taught as a visual artist, E Bee Bantug is passionate about expressing the interplay between natural light in seemingly empty spaces of the Aether and her in-the-moment consciousness. Indeed, E Bee’s unconventional conceptual crossover lens-based imagery vividly expresses unseen yet powerfully felt vibrations in the Aether, the inescapable frequencies surfacing from deep within consciousness, interacting as singular soul with the universal collective and All That is. Conceptually, technically, E Bee deliberately uses only her iPhone’s camera not to capture preexisting images; instead as one would a painter’s brush. Racing after movements of light she creates one-of-a-kind, unrepeatable, ephemeral--often abstract, surreal-- imagery aiming to penetrate surface 3D reality. Without manipulating her images through filters or strokes added later in the darkroom or computer, each imagery is a unique visualscape – a vision often unveiling frequencies unseen yet at play in our fast-paced lives.
