Hazel Prachek is an artist living in Sheffield UK. As well as her own practice she provides art-based workshops that promote creative development and confidence for adults with learning disabilities and Autism. Her artwork is an essential part of her well-being, It provides her with a sense of purpose and belonging. Keeping outer and inner-self congruent is the driver that continues to produce artwork that fulfils her ability to visually express herself, and the messages that are important to her. She believes the reward that comes with other people seeing the version of ourselves, that only we can ever know, is life fulfilling.
