Jefimija Stoičić was born in Niš, Serbia. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts in Niš, Department of Graphic Design, where she also completed her Master’s academic studies in 2015. In 2017, she earned an additional Master’s degree from the Faculty of Digital Arts at Metropolitan University in Belgrade. She obtained her Doctorate at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade in 2019. Since 2016, she has been employed at the Faculty of Arts in Niš as a Teaching Assistant in Packaging Design within the Department of Applied Arts. Her exhibition activity to date includes 18 solo exhibitions and more than fifty group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad. She is the founder and artistic director of the Multimedia Collective “Eks.Tenzija” within the Student Cultural Center in Niš. Since 2014, she has served as a jury member for art and literary competitions on 15 occasions nationwide. She has been a member of MENSA, the international organization for individuals with high IQ, since 2019, and a member of SERSA, the Sommelier Association of Serbia, since 2022. She has published one book of poetry, Veze (“Connections”), in 2012.
