Kakumori/ Music
Kakumori is an instrumental trio from Tétange, Luxembourg, formed in 2022. The band consists of Fränz Meyers on drums and synth, Fränz Siebenaller on guitar, and Eric Küntzinger on bass and soundscapes. After several years of writing, recording and developing their live sound, Kakumori released their debut album, Coalescence, in August 2026. The five-track record marked the first complete expression of the band and brought together material that had emerged at different moments throughout its development.
The same year also saw the release of Seppuku, a ten-minute narrative music film developed in collaboration with filmmaker Livja Pjetra, projection artist Paul Schumacher and other creatives from Luxembourg’s independent scene. Alongside these releases, Kakumori continues to develop through live performance and new artistic collaborations.
