‘’My art is my voice when words are not enough. Growing up in an abusive environment, painting became a way to process emotions I couldn't express and a refuge during life's most difficult moments. Each piece is an act of honesty, healing, and resilience, transforming pain into something meaningful. Creating is both catharsis and connection, a way to explore memory, emotion, and hope. Through my work, I invite others to reflect on the power of creativity to endure, heal, and communicate the experiences that often remain unspoken.’’

Not your narrative

Acrylic portrait layered with newspaper words that represent the labels, expectations, and judgments placed upon women. These words reflect not only the pressures of society, but also the voices of those closest to us and the narratives we repeat to ourselves. Across the subject's closed mouth, the word "Victor" is barely visible, symbolizing the quiet strength that lies beneath imposed identities. Even when silenced by others' expectations, there is resilience, survival, and the possibility of reclaiming our own story. This piece asks who has the right to define us.
