Liz Riley/ Abstract Art

Liz Riley is a largely self-taught textile artist from the north of England. Her work is abstract and often three-dimensional and is a response to landscape and the natural environment. She has a Foundation Diploma in Textiles. Recently she has begun to transition away from acrylic paints and inks to colour and mark fabric to using plant-based dyes and paints made from natural materials.
