Lucia Yonge is an artist, maker and craftsperson based in Devon, England. She completed her MA in Ceramics at Arts University Plymouth in 2022, which focussed on experiments with discarded and broken ceramics and other found materials, including feedback donated by an audience which was broken up and reformed to create a poetic non-interpretation of the work. She has taken part in Open Studio events, and had work in galleries, coffee shops and museums in England and Scotland, She has run workshops in creating art from waste, including hats from newspapers and flowers from takeaway coffee cups, as well as with clay. She also writes poetry and prose and has work in an upcoming exhibition in London. With her MA completed, she is looking for opportunities to take her work further afield and collaborate with other artists.
