Michel van Collenburg/ Silenced

Michel van Collenburg is a visual artist, photographer and composer living and working in Nijmegen and Berlin. Their practice spans physical and digital collage, photography and experimental ambient music (under the artist name ‘nobuka’), unified by a consistent method: building new wholes out of fragments. Their work has been seen and heard in Nijmegen, Amsterdam, Berlin, Vienna and Seoul. Michel identifies as gender non-conforming and appreciates the use of they/them pronouns.
