MINA | Wilhelmina Odoley Quaynor/ Flow

MINA, also known as Wilhelmina Odoley Quaynor and formerly Wilhelmina Okpoti, is a Ghanaian-born British Contemporary Heritage Artist based in London, United Kingdom. MINA is the Founder and Creative Director of Mina's Art Space. MINA graduated with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana, in 1988 after attending Aburi Girls Secondary School. Shortly after graduating, she exhibited widely in Ghana and won first prize in the national art exhibition Save the Seashore Birds in 1989, with the winning work later acquired by the French Embassy. After relocating to the United Kingdom and building a professional career as an Employment Coach and Career Adviser, managing projects to help unemployed people back into sustainable employment, MINA returned to painting in 2021 while living in New Delhi, India. She studied at the Delhi Collage of Art, graduating with a Super Professional Diploma in Fine Art in 2022. After which she started developing the Indian Heritage collection and subsequent Collections.
