Natasha Haydon is a Netherlands-based artist of British origin whose work centers on themes of nature, light, and positivity. She primarily creates two-dimensional works, often focusing on the raw beauty found in rugged landscapes. For Haydon, art serves as a means of making her voice heard—sometimes critical, but always honest. Due to her dyslexia, she has at times found it challenging to construct a coherent narrative through words, yet she has developed a powerful visual language through which she translates her inner world into images.

Her practice explores the relationship between humans and Mother Nature, drawing on the pure energy and unrefined beauty of untouched environments. She is particularly inspired by the Swedish High Coast, a place where traces of human presence recede, and nature dominates. The awareness of humanity’s temporary role within such vast landscapes informs her photographic process in Sweden.

Photography itself often becomes part of the final work, resulting in mixed media pieces that exist between realism and abstraction. Through this approach, Haydon processes her experiences in nature, reflecting both its immediacy and its enduring, almost celestial presence.
