Suyu Chen/ Winter Issue

Originally from Guangzhou, China, Suyu Chen is currently living and working as a contemporary jewelry artist and adjunct faculty in upstate New York after graduation from the MFA program at Rochester Institute of Technology. Suyu received a BA from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, China. She also studied at Rhode Island School of Design, USA and Kunstuniversität Linz, Austria. She has been practiced in jewelry and metalsmithing about a decade, and her works have been exhibited nationally and internationally including Beijing International Jewellery Exhibition (Beijing, China), JOYA (Barcelona, Spain), NYC Jewelry Week (New York City, USA), Brussels Jewellery Week (Brussels, Belgium) and Burchfield Penny Art Center (Buffalo, USA).
