‘’ Graduated in 2006 from the Ornamental Sculpture program at the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, with a Bachelor’s degree in Literature. During my undergraduate studies, I took courses in sculpture fundamentals, metalworking, wood carving, ceramics, and other sculpture-related subjects.Creative Philosophy: Rooted in the most fundamental reflections, I explore the evolution of self-awareness and express the most authentic inner emotions through light-hearted artistic techniques.
Art itself is alive. I yearn for my works to evoke empathy in the audience, and this emotion can be a force, a feeling, or, more likely, a memory. The transmission of such awareness is what I value most in my creation, because only by empathizing with every sentiment can the audience be moved, which also proves that artistic creation is full of life.
Eternal flesh, from the very moment of its birth, embarks on the path toward death. In the continuous process of self-correction, we bear countless heavy shackles. As the crisis of existence brought by the dissolution of the flesh looms, we seem powerless—seeking only metaphysical refuge in dreams. But when the dream awakens, the sanctuary of our flesh vanishes as well. It turns out that everything in the cosmos is so insignificant.
Human life bears too many responsibilities. In different spaces and times, we play countless important roles. Tiredness and heartache, helplessness and powerlessness, vanity and compulsion— it seems we have no choice but to exist in this way. Only in dreams can we step into our own world and complete a redemption not swayed by the outside world.‘’
