Danning Xie/ Winter Issue

Danning Xie is a ceramic artist who grew up in Beijing and is currently based in London. Her work focuses on sculptural ceramic objects, often infused with a distinct female perspective. She draws inspiration from the rich tradition of Chinese ceramics while exploring global and cross-cultural influences on the medium. In addition, she enjoys experimenting with the fusion of ceramics and other traditional crafts, expanding the possibilities of her artistic practice.
