David Yang was born 1999, in Princeton, New Jersey. He is currently enrolled in Mason Gross School of the Arts, where he is a member of the Dean’s List and a Rutgers University Honors College Scholar. David Yang is a recipient of the Rutgers University Competitive Merit Honors Scholarship. He has also worked with the Princeton Academy of Art and Harkawik Gallery. Raised in the suburbs of New Jersey, he strives to let both his love for the Garden State as well as his Chinese heritage find a unique way of seeing and translating the world into his landscape and architectural paintings.
