Magda Bond is an emerging artist working mainly with the medium of analogue photographyand alternative photographic processes. Her creative side emerged early on, but she decided to pursue other career options available at the time, only to get back to art within last few years. The long bottled up need for creativity resulted in Magda’s intuitive approach, namely experimenting and trying new techniques out starting with Cyanotypes, Lith, through Mordançage process, Caffenol, onto Pinhole camera and Tintype photography.
Magda lives in Bristol, a very creative city that has some wonderful people happy to share their photographic expertise with others. She honed her analogue photography skills with Tim Pearce from the Negative Thinking, and got introduced to alternative processes with Sophie Sherwood, Amy Koenig and Martin Edwards from the Bristol Folk House.
