Monika Tkaczyk is a Polish-born contemporary artist based in London, working primarily with kiln-fired painted glass and mixed-media techniques. Her artistic practice explores transformation, resilience, human experience and the invisible relationship between emotion, energy and the natural world. Drawing on the qualities of glass—its transparency, fragility, reflection and ability to transform through heat—she creates layered compositions in which light, colour, texture and movement interact.

Monika studied glass art at the Macbeth Centre in Hammersmith, London, where she developed her knowledge of painted and kiln-fired glass techniques. Her works are created through a highly tactile and intuitive process, often involving multiple layers, repeated firing and the controlled interaction between glass and heat. This process allows each piece to evolve rather than simply being constructed.

Her work has been selected for exhibitions and international art publications, including group exhibitions in London and across the UK. Alongside her artistic practice, Monika works as a holistic healing practitioner and explores themes of consciousness, inner transformation and personal growth, which continue to influence the conceptual foundations of her art.
