Vincent Baltazar Paa was born in Pampanga, Philippines. Moved to Macclesfield, England, in 2006. He works in fine arts, poetry, photography, auditory visual.

''My creative practice is rooted in empowering others to trust their intuition, embrace self-love, and communicate with authenticity—principles I’ve come to live by through my own journey as an artist. I work primarily with visual language and symbolism, using numbers as a central motif. I view numbers as a deeply emotional and universal language, capable of unlocking conversations and connections that go beyond words. While letters are the traditional medium of language, numbers often hold more personal meaning—favourite numbers, recurring patterns, symbolic associations. My work explores what these numbers mean to individuals and the stories they help reveal.''
